M100 Series TCXO/VCTCXOs Oscillators

Connor-Winfield introduces the M100 series TCXOs. The M100 series feature very high frequency stability with excellent phase noise characteristics in a 5 mm x 3.2 mm surface-mount package. These TCXOs and VCTCXOs, through the use of analog temperature compensation, are capable of holding sub 100-ppb or 200-ppb stabilities over the commercial or industrial temperature ranges. The surface-mount package is designed for high-density mounting and is optimum for mass production.

    • M200: ±200 ppb -40°C to 85°C
  • Output logic: LVCMOS
